Business Support Administrator - £15-£18k - Cheltenham - Insurance Company

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a leading insurance company based in Cheltenham. Our client is seeking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join their team and provide business and operational support to the Product & Account Managers

Business Support Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring to provide professional and efficient administration support for external partnerships
  • Ensuring to deliver excellent customer service and acting as the first point of contact for all partner enquires
  • Undertaking and being responsible for new business and renewal policy administration
  • Managing monthly sales declarations and invoices
  • Responsible for the compliance checking process in support of regulated partnerships
  • Implementing improvements to processes

Business Support Administrator Key Skills:

  • Previous experience of working in Financial Services - advantage
  • Great customer service and telephony skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Great organisational and prioritising skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong delivery
