Recruitment Administrator

Immediate Start - Administrator - Newport - Full time

Are you looking to gain some HR administration experience in a large Financial Services company? Do you have strong administration skills or a HR graduate? We are recruiting a for an administrator to join our reputable client based in Newport. You will join a friendly, fast paced Recruitment/HR team that values all of its employees.

Duties as a Recruitment Administrator

  • Updating employee files
  • Email response handling
  • Employee vetting
  • Ensuring compliance within all files
  • Checking of documentation
  • Chasing references

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience as an administrator or working in an administration environment is desirable
  • Possess a confident yet friendly approach to all team members
  • Excellent attention to detail*

Please note this is a varied administrator role, in a fast paced fun environment so you will not be limited to the above.*We have start dates in Newport as soon as next week, so please send your CV today to be considered.
