Claims Administrator

Claims Administrator - Caerphilly - Full time

Are you an experienced insurance claims administrator experience or have experience working with claims? Do you have strong administration skills or have an insurance background? We are recruiting a for a Claims administrator to join our reputable client based in Caerphilly. You will join a friendly, close knit team that values all of its employees.

Duties as a Claims Administrator but not limited to

  • Updating insurance claims onto operating system
  • Email response handling
  • Claims vetting
  • Ensuring compliance within all files
  • Checking of documentation
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience as a Claims administrator or working in an insurance/claims environment is desirable
  • Possess a confident yet friendly approach to all team members
  • Excellent attention to detail*
