Position

Job title: Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £16,000 - £17,000

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Location: Mumbles

What are your duties as a Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor?

  • To answer enquires via email
  • To answer enquiries via telephone
  • To process payments over the telephone
  • To follow up with existing clients on unpaid invoices
  • To contact existing clients to check for event special requirements
  • Occasional travel to London events to assist event managers
  • Allocation of sales leads to the sales team
  • General support for other departments when required
  • Adhoc tasks set by the Customer Service Manager

The Successful Candidate For your Language Speaking Customer Service Advisor application to be successful applicants must possess the following key skills:

  • Fluent in a European Language and English
  • Existing experience in a customer facing role
  • Experience of using Microsoft programmes most notably Word and Excel
  • Experience of working as part of a team but also being able to work using own initiative
  • Experience of multi-tasking and prioritising tasks based on different deadline
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal
  • Positive, can do attitude
