Receptionist/Administrator - Cardiff - Full time

Are you an experienced administrator and are immediately available? We are recruiting a for an Receptionist/Office administrator to join our high end chatered accountancy in Cardiff. You will join a friendly, close knit team that values all of its employees.

Key Details

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 9-5pm
  • £18,00-19,000 pro rata
  • 9 Month Contract
  • Starting ASAP
  • Interviews this week

Duties as an Administrator but not limited to

  • Updating databases
  • Email response and telephone handling
  • Creating invoices on bespoke systems
  • Ensuring compliance within all files
  • Checking of documentation
  • General administration duties

Skills & Experience required

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Good computer skills - not frightened of IT
  • Confident with figures - you will be updating spreadsheets on Excel
  • Possess a confident yet friendly approach to all team members
  • Team player - happy to help the team by doing some menial tasks such as photocopying and filing
