Candidate must have mobilisation experience and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience as contract support. The successfull candidate must have good understanding of maintenance services and must have extensive Excel experience /MS office packages.

Our Client is looking for a Contract Administrator to join a very busy Mobilisation department in a continually growing company based in Liverpool street.
Liaising with Business Development Department to raise sub contractors orders, cross checking of documents, and client contract queries
Liaising with Account Managers regarding specialist sub-contractors queries
Raising and issuing purchase orders for specialist maintenance visits
Requesting and monitoring specialist sub-contractors documentation/accreditations ensuring upload to clients inhouse system for site managers to reference
Updating databases and spreadsheets
Producing reports from in house systems to be sent to client and site managers (3 in 1)
Providing support to Account managers with all aspects of maintenance contracts
Providing ad-hoc support where necessary to mobilisation department
Purchasing of uniform and PPE for all engineers
New contract site set up (purchasing of tools, equipment, folder setup etc)
