Our respected client are seeking a Project Support Administrator to help with their team!

Key points:

Salary: £19,000 - 22,000

Location: Swansea

Start date: ASAP

Interviews: ASAP

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist programme leads to ensure tasks are completed on time;
  • Undertaking activities on multiple concurrent projects;
  • Assist in the maintenance of project documentation;
  • To carry out administrative activities as requested;
  • Updating records on the appropriate software as prescribed;
  • Providing event support across the programme;
  • Supporting the programme leads to produce reports on project progress;
  • Escalating any issues that may impact any projects, in good time and to the appropriate level / person;
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers as necessary;
  • Engaging and participating in meetings as appropriate;
  • Assisting in the analysis of programme data for campaigns;
  • To respond to emails in a timely manner;
  • Working with customers/employees to identify areas of improvement and working with the team to find a suitable solution;
  • Logging and maintaining records of inbound queries;
  • Liaising with customers through a series of pre-determined actions, via email or over the phone to help resolve issues;

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal;
  • The ability to think logically with good problem-solving skills;
  • A strong customer focus;
  • Comfortable using Microsoft programmes, most notably Word and Excel;
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work using own initiative;
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues and customers to establish what the problem is and explain the solution;
  • An ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks based on different deadlines;
  • Positive, can do attitude;
