We are working with a boutique IFA in surrey who are looking to hire an Administrator to support the team of Advisors and Paraplanners. They provide Financial Planning and Investment Management services, as well as Mortgages.

Some of the duties of the role will include:

  • Collecting data for client reviews
  • Assisting Advisors with meeting preparation
  • Handling client requests and queries
  • Processing new business applications
  • Generally supporting the Paraplanning and Advisory teams.

To apply for this role you must have at least one years' experience within financial services and strong communication skills. You should also have excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle data and confidential documents appropriately.
