Graduate/Operations Administrator

We are working with a dynamic and successful Investment Manager, who are looking to hire a diligent individual to join their experienced Operations team. During a period of growth, our client is looking for a hard-working and motivated person with previous administration experience who will take initiative and get on with the jobs at hand.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Managing and maintaining a large database
  • Onboarding new client information
  • Liaising with client back office teams
  • Dealing with trade and payment reconciliations

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and MS office and will have prior experience in an administration role, preferably within financial services - however, we will look at CV's from a wide variety of backgrounds and levels of experience. Knowledge of reconciliation functions will be beneficial for the position, but more importantly the individual must be hard-working, efficient and possess the ability to manage multiple workloads and solve problems effectively.
