JOB TITLE: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor
JOB SUMMARY: Working for a leading global business that specialises in engineered materials on the outskirts of Oakham.
Hours: Temp Role: Flexible hours to suit candidates - School hours or full time
MUST HAVES: Must be able to speak Spanish, French or Dutch fluently and be confident speaking to clients over the phone
The successful Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor candidate will be required to:
1.Calling existing clients and prospects confirming current information is correct
2.Inputting data to the internal sales force platform
3.Mother Tongue - fluent in Dutch, Spanish or French or other European considered
4.Confident in using excel, outlook and other software
5.Pass any leads to a sales team
Our client is looking for strong Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor with the following experience:
*Must be able to drive I think there might be a bus from Oakham or Uppingham
*Hours to suit the right candidate
*Confident speaking over the phone
*Strong customer service experience
*A can-do attitude
*Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workloads
*A Strong team player
*Excellent communication skills
